Payment, Shipping, and Taxes

Credit card and bank transfer payment options available. Save around an additional 4% when paying via Bank Transfer, Zelle, or Wise. Credit card payment not available for high-value items, available on case-by-case basis. Proof of residency is required for credit card payment and billing/shipping address must match or we will not ship the bag.

International shipping available, please contact us for rates. Insured shipping is required for credit card purchased. Insured shipping is available for $50.

Any bag shipped to a California address is subject to pay California state tax of 7.75%. Any bag shipped outside of the state of California, sales tax will not need apply.

Returns, Refunds, Failed Payments, and Exchanges Policy

All handbags and accessories are strictly non-refundable and FINAL SALE. Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For payments that are not fully completed, or for buyer's remorse, a restocking fee of $125 will be charged to the original client with no exceptions or rollover payment. Payment Plan deposits are strictly non-refundable. We will not ship your item unless payment has been received in full. Partial remaining payment cannot be kept for future bag purchases. For terms and conditions pertaining to consignment only, please go to our consignment page on our website. All items are guaranteed authentic, or your full money back. Retail or trusted professional authentication firm must deem the item as inauthentic. We are happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos before you place your order to ensure you are making a fully informed purchase, and to help minimize any hassle to you. There is no such thing as a new vintage bag. Vintage bags have withstood the test of time, sometimes up to twenty or thirty years. Flaws are part of the bag's history and are to be expected. Purchasing a vintage bag is to accept that flaws are inevitable. You are not purchasing fresh from a boutique. The purchase of a used bag, means that flaws are unavoidable, and that the bag is not new. Vintage bags are made of tender materials and slight imperfections are to be expected such as shallow scratches, wrinkles, tarnish, impressions, storage and leather odors etc...Shoppers and buyers are to consider the product photos as part of the description. Returns will only be accepted if an item is proven to be grossly inaccurately described. Minor flaws will not be entertained.
