A series 0 is an extraordinary find. This is the first series that was manufactured with a serial number inside the bag. Serial numbers that begin with 0 are known as being manufactured in the “golden age” of CHANEL 1986 to 1988. This era is known to be that of superior quality and artisanship. It is uncommon to find a series 0, and very uncommon to find a series 0 with both auth card and serial!

There is slight wrinkle from open/close and wrinkling on front, some deflated squares, shallow scratches, inevitable interior pushmark from interior zipper. Slight imperfections throughout such as expected shallow scratches. Hardware is 24k gold plated, bright and beautiful. Corners and edges look clean. She is incredible condition, a vintage beauty, over 35 years!
 
There is no such thing as new vintage. It is safe to assume that bags of this age will have flaws or necessary leathery servicing. The flaws are to be expected for a vintage bag and their included accessories during storage and use. The photos in this post are to be considered part of the description. Lambskin and Caviar leather are tender material and slight imperfections are always to be expected such as shallow scratches, wrinkles, impressions, etc…are to be expected.
